Bently Nevada 3300 XL proximity probes: selection notes

Bently Nevada 3300 XL proximity probes are specified by probe tip diameter, thread type and extension cable length. An 8 mm probe with 3/8-24 UNF thread is not interchangeable with an 11 mm or a reverse-mount variant without re-machining the housing.

When replacing a probe, match the probe, extension cable and proximitor/monitor as a system — mixing generations causes gaps and scale-factor errors in your machinery protection system.
